B a Weight Lifting Lady
Did you know that the American Heart Association recommends strength training at least twice per week? And did you know that one of our crew - BLING - loves to lift weights and spends countless hours a week telling us how "awesome" it is and how it "makes you feel so good." (And then she tries to get us to lift weights too?)
That is the inspiration behind our "B a Weight Lifting Lady" BWrap ... something to help you add some weight lifting support and inspiration to your life.
The AHA recommends a two day period of recovery between any weight bearing exercise so this BWrap features the text:
All the sexy ladies lift weights: 1__ 2 __ WEIGHTS __ 4 __ 5 __ WEIGHTS __ (etc. all the way for 30 days ... in sum, every third day is a reminder to you to partake in a weight bearing exercise)*
